Verónica Erives has held various procurement and management roles since 2010. In 2010, they were a Jr. Trade Analyst at JP Morgan Chase, where they conducted virtual operations audit, logistics coordination, and machinery and equipment importation. From 2012 to 2016, they were the Procurement Manager at PRODUCTOS MEDIX S.A. DE C.V., where they developed the importing process for food and supplements, created policies and procedures, and participated in the demand generation process. From 2016 to 2018, they were the Procurement Manager at Grupo Fármacos Especializados, where they managed the purchasing annual budget of 10 million dollars for 20 pharmaceutical laboratories, negotiated trade terms with pharmaceutical laboratories, and developed growth plans with suppliers. From 2019 to 2020, they were the Procurement Manager at OYO México, where they identified opportunities for the growth of the company, achieved sale & lease back for $500,000 usd at 100% invoice value, created credit day policies favoring cash flow, and saved more than $10,000,000 mxn in 2 months. Currently, they are the CEO & Co-Founder and COO & Co-Founder at Cursafy, a platform of video and online courses specialized in teacher training that has content based on the needs and interests of educators.

Verónica Erives completed a Programa Internacional en Negociaciones Internacionales at HEC Montréal in 2009. Between 2005 and 2010, they obtained a Lic. Negocios Internacionales from Tecnológico de Monterrey. Verónica also has obtained several certifications, including Fundamentos del trabajo en equipo, Mejora tu capacidad de toma de decisiones, Reuniones eficaces, Negociaciones Internacionales, and Trafico y Aduanas from LinkedIn and Tecnológico de Monterrey.
