Marta Medeiros

Marta Medeiros is an experienced editor and educator with a strong background in language instruction and editorial coordination. Currently serving as an Editora at Potencial Editora e Comunicação since January 2020, Marta leads the editorial team for didactic and para-didactic books. Additionally, Marta has been a professor of Portuguese at Curso Objetivo since January 2014 and held a similar role at Colégio Objetivo Butantã until January 2021. Previous experience includes coordinating the Licenciatura em Letras (Portuguese - English) course at Faculdades Integradas Potencial and serving as a coordinator at Editora Abril from April 1996 to September 2013. Marta holds a Master’s degree in Literary Theory and Comparative Literature from USP and is currently pursuing a post-graduate specialization in Neuroscience at Faculdade de Ciências Médicas da Santa Casa de São Paulo. Further education includes training in text preparation and revision from Universidade do Livro (UNIL / Editora da UNESP).
