Natalie McDaniel

Natalie McDaniel is currently serving as a Human Resources Assistant at CURT G. JOA INC. since February 2024. Previously, Natalie held the position of Human Resource Support Intern at Aptiv - Services for People with Disabilities from January to December 2023, where responsibilities included assisting with the pre-employment process, updating job descriptions, interviewing candidates, and managing employee files while maintaining confidentiality. Additionally, Natalie gained experience as an HR Intern at Ozaukee County from May to August 2023, contributing to recruiting efforts, organizing employee engagement events, and assisting with various HR processes. Natalie earned a degree from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, completing studies in December 2023.
