Ashley Kang

Ashley Kang is a Senior Research Associate at Curta since June 2019, specializing in literature reviews, evidence synthesis, and providing clinical support for epidemiologic models. Previous experience includes serving as an Evaluation Specialist at the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, where Ashley designed research projects related to HIV supportive services and contributed to data management and analysis. Ashley also held graduate teaching assistant positions at Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health, supporting courses in epidemiology, biostatistics, and quantitative research methods. Earlier roles include a health research training internship at the NYC Department of Health and a health education coordinator position with The Suitcase Clinic. Ashley holds a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology and Applied Biostatistics from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Cell Biology and Public Health from the University of California, Berkeley.
