Amy Wei Tian

Amy WEI TIAN is an accomplished academic and professional with extensive experience in higher education and human resources. Currently serving at Curtin University since February 2016, Amy holds several key positions, including University Council Finance Committee member, Deputy Chair of the Academic Board, and Professor. Prior experience includes roles as Assistant Professor and Research Assistant Professor at the University of Western Australia from June 2011 to February 2016, and Tutor at Cardiff University from September 2006 to May 2011, where responsibilities included overseeing undergraduate and MBA student syndicates. Additionally, Amy worked as an HR Manager at Jeanswest International from February 1999 to November 2002, managing various HR tasks. Education credentials feature a PhD in HRM and a Master’s in Human Resource from Cardiff University, along with recent completion of a program at the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
