Michele Willson

Michele Willson holds extensive academic leadership and teaching experience at Curtin University, serving in multiple roles including Associate Deputy Vice-Chancellor Global (Academic Governance), Professor of Internet Studies, and Interim Provost. Since joining Curtin University in January 2001, Michele has held various positions such as Deputy Pro Vice-Chancellor, Head of Department, and Senior Lecturer in Internet Studies, along with interim leadership roles in the School of Design and the Built Environment and the Humanities. Prior to this, Michele contributed as a tutor at Monash University and the University of Melbourne. Michele earned a PhD in Politics from Monash University, where studies were completed between 1997 and 2001.
