Peter Barrass

Peter Barrass is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Principal Engineer and Systems Integration Lead at Curtis Instruments since June 2021, Peter has a robust background that includes positions as Engineering Director for Electric Drives Innovation at BorgWarner Inc. and CTO at Sevcon. In earlier roles, Peter held the position of VP of Engineering at Sevcon and Power Design Manager at Emerson Industrial Automation. Peter's academic credentials include a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) from Newcastle University and a Master's Degree from the University of Leeds.
