Herbert Tapia

Herbert Tapia currently serves as a Senior System Engineer at Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle LLP, providing on-site and remote IT support to over 700 legal professionals across multiple global offices since July 2010. Responsibilities include desktop and laptop configuration and deployment, video conferencing setup, Cisco IP phone troubleshooting, and Citrix session support. Herbert has also contributed to IT policy education for new hires and has played a key role in managing the firm's mobile devices. Previous positions include help desk analyst roles at Sidley Austin LLP and litigation support analyst roles at both Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle LLP and Innovative Discovery, LLC. Herbert's career in IT began in 2005 after earning a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Manhattan University.
