Philippe Habib

Philippe Habib is currently working as Counsel - Corporate / M&A at Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle LLP since July 2022. Prior to this, Habib held senior positions at DLA Piper and also served as In-House Counsel - Corporate / M&A at Fouad Alghanim and Sons Multinational Group of Companies. Habib has a J.D. from Florida State University College of Law and a B.A. in Political Science from York University.
