Deb Joelson is an experienced consultant specializing in strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and organizational design for health and human services organizations, currently serving at Curtis Strategy since October 2021. Previously, Joelson held the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer at Tufts Medicine from October 2016 to December 2020, contributing to a comprehensive health system. Prior roles include Senior Vice President of Strategic Services at Tufts Medical Center, Vice President of Planning and Network Development at Partners Community Health Care, and Vice President of Strategic Planning at The Medical Center of Central Massachusetts. Joelson began a career in health administration at the Massachusetts Hospital Association as a Director, where regional representation and emergency services coordination were key responsibilities. Joelson holds an MBA in Health Care from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University and a BA in Child Study from Tufts University.
