Andy Stalder

Andy Stalder, PMP, has extensive experience in program and contract management within the aerospace and defense sectors, currently serving as Deputy Director of Program Management at Curtiss-Wright Corporation since May 1990. In this role, Stalder leads the development of strategic electromechanical systems for general aviation platforms and oversees military vehicle mechanical actuation projects. Previously, serving as Deputy Director of JSF Programs, Stalder managed key initiatives for the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter, guiding programs through the System Development and Demonstration qualification and Low-Rate Initial Production phases. Stalder's career includes various management positions focused on proprietary mechanical and electromechanical systems across multiple aircraft platforms, successful proposal leadership, and quality improvement initiatives. Stalder holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech and an MBA in Finance from UNC Charlotte Belk College of Business.
