Bryan Rattenbury, CPA, has over two decades of diverse work experience in accounting and finance roles. Bryan started their career at Sikich, where they worked for two years as a Staff Accountant, primarily focusing on audits in manufacturing, government, and non-profit sectors, as well as tax return preparation.
Bryan then joined Federated Foods LLC, where they started as a Staff Accountant and was eventually promoted to Assistant Controller. At Federated Foods LLC, a premier sales and marketing company in the grocery, foodservice, drug, and convenience store industry, they worked closely with retailers, distributors, wholesalers, and manufacturers to drive growth in customers' private label programs.
After leaving Federated Foods LLC, Bryan joined Meritor, a manufacturing company, where they held various roles including Assistant Controller, Accounting Manager, and Divisional Financial Analyst. Bryan was responsible for transferring accounting operations from Meritor's Ohio facility to their Frankfort, KY trailer axle manufacturing facility. Later, they relocated to Meritor's HQ in Troy, Michigan, where they worked as a Divisional Financial Analyst.
Following their time at Meritor, Bryan joined ACN as the Global Controller. In this role, they served as the accounting and finance business lead for six regional locations and the corporate function. Their responsibilities included managing overall financial results, compliance with GAAP, improving financial performance, developing future leaders, and risk mitigation.
Currently, Bryan is employed as the Senior Director of Accounting Shared Services at Curtiss-Wright Corporation. Their primary focus is to establish an efficient, accurate, audit-ready close process and account reconciliation cycle utilizing a shared services model. Bryan also seeks opportunities for consolidation and business transformation in the record-to-report value stream.

Bryan Rattenbury, CPA obtained a Bachelor's of Science degree in Accountancy from Northern Illinois University from 1994 to 1997. Prior to that, they received an Associates degree in Accounting from Kishwaukee Community College from 1992 to 1994. In 1998, they obtained their Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from the Illinois Board of Examiners and obtained their license from the Illinois licensing authority.
