Eric McPeak is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in welding, additive manufacturing, and product engineering. Currently serving as Welding & Additive Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor at Curtiss-Wright Corporation, Eric leads development programs focused on critical applications for the US Navy and commercial energy sectors. Previous roles include Mechanical Design Engineer tasked with R&D for critical application valves, and interim Weld Engineering Supervisor at Zero-Max, Inc., where Eric worked on OverHung Load Adapters and Crown Gearboxes. Earlier experience includes product engineering roles at Dichtomatik Americas and various internships at Iowa State University. Eric holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Aerospace Engineering from Iowa State University.
