Joshua Guedesse is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the defense and naval industries. Currently serving as the Director of Defense Products at Curtiss-Wright Corporation since February 2015, Joshua is responsible for setting sales and marketing strategies within the defense sector, along with managing mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships. Previous roles include Senior Operations Manager and Pacific Operations Manager, where Joshua oversaw manufacturing and repair operations, interfaced with clients globally, and initiated organizational growth through robust business processes. Joshua's expertise also spans project management at NAVSEA, where significant funds were managed for naval construction and repairs, and positions at Norfolk Naval Shipyard focusing on ship repair alignment and naval architecture. Joshua holds a B.S.E. in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from the University of Michigan and a Master of Engineering Management from Old Dominion University.
