Kal Zgheir

Kal Zgheir, MBA (Hons), CMA, currently serves as the General Manager of the Valves Division and Control Valves Systems at Curtiss-Wright Corporation, a position held since September 2020. With extensive experience in lifecycle services and business development, Zgheir has held senior roles at Emerson from March 2014 to September 2020, where significant contributions included leading global growth initiatives, developing service frameworks, and implementing strategic pricing tools. Previously, Zgheir directed strategy and business development at Tyco in the Middle East, achieving substantial top-line growth and operational integration during acquisitions. Zgheir's career began at Hepworth as a Sales Manager prior to advancing into leadership roles across multiple organizations. An MBA graduate from the University of Strathclyde, Zgheir specializes in strategic management and marketing.
