Kathy Barron

Kathy Barron has extensive experience in financial management and audit, currently serving as Segment Controller for Defense Electronics at Curtiss-Wright Corporation since May 2006, after holding various positions including Division Controller and Group Controller. Prior to this role, Kathy worked at Deloitte Canada as a Senior Manager focused on High Technology Audit and held the position of Assistant Controller at Mitel. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Financial Analyst at World Heart Corporation and an Audit Manager in the High Technology Group at Deloitte & Touche. Kathy holds a Chartered Accountant designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario and a Commerce degree in Accounting and Finance from Carleton University.
