Martin Ciarkowski

Martin Ciarkowski has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Martin started their career as a Sales Officer at Energy Banks, a marketing and advertising company, from February 2016 to May 2017. Martin then took on the role of Marketing Manager at Poznan University of Economics Sport Association from December 2013 to October 2017. Following that, they worked as a Junior Account Manager at Career EXPO Poland, where they focused on recruitment and organizing recruitment events, from June 2017 to May 2018.

In 2018, Martin worked as an All-Round Entertainer at Grecos Holiday for three months. Martin then transitioned to a Sales Project Manager at GrowthLab.pl, a company specializing in lead generation services for B2B companies, where they analyzed and optimized sales and marketing processes.

From November 2019 to January 2021, Martin served as an Account Manager at Sunrise System, supporting client accounts and managing relationships. Martin then moved to InStream Group in January 2021 as a Senior Project Manager. In this role, Martin was responsible for managing cold email and LinkedIn automation sales campaigns for clients, as well as taking care of customer success processes and upselling services.

Most recently, Martin joined Curulis in August 2021 as a Sales Development Representative. Overall, they have gained extensive experience in sales and marketing, customer service, project management, and recruitment.

Martin Ciarkowski has a Master's degree in Management and Communication in business, which they obtained from Poznan University of Economics And Business between 2016 and 2018. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Economy, Business Strategies, and Economic Policy under Globalization Conditions from the same university between 2013 and 2016. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a UEFA Grassroots C certification from PZPN (Polski Związek Piłki Nożnej) in January 2020 and a Google ADS certification from Google in December 2019.
