Darren Stephens

Darren Stephens is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in the medical device and orthopedic markets. Currently serving as the Director of Sales at CurvaFix, Inc., Darren is focused on developing a market for an innovative pelvic implant. Prior to this role, Darren was the Managing Director of Trauma and Deformity Correction at OrthoPediatrics, overseeing a team of over 100 individuals and managing various aspects of business operations in the eastern United States. Previous positions include Senior Orthopedic Trauma Sales Consultant at DePuy Synthes Companies, where Darren provided surgical support and education, and Orthopedic Upper Extremity Sales Consultant at Tornier Careers, among others. Darren’s diverse background in sales strategy, team leadership, and market development is complemented by a BS in Kinesiological Sciences from the University of Maryland and additional management training from Cornell University.
