Javier Calizaya Melendrez

Javier Calizaya Melendrez has a diverse range of work experience in the software development field. Javier is currently working as a Software Engineer at Park Place Technologies since 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Software Developer at Curvature from 2017 onwards. In this role, they worked on various development projects including web development, mobile development, and developing REST API with a focus on ASP.NET, SQL, MVC, Flutter, Android, iOS, Firebase tools, and Swift.

Before joining Curvature, Javier worked as a Software Developer at Systems Maintenance Services (S.M.S.) from 2012 to 2017. Here, they were responsible for developing a new web application framework using technologies like J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, Spring security, and OpenID. Javier also developed a new notification engine to send emails, notifications to Apple and Android devices, and SMS text messages. Additionally, they worked on implementing continuous integration with Jenkins, Mercurial, and Bitbucket.

Prior to their role at S.M.S., Javier worked as a Project Analyst at Prosegur from 2010 to 2011. Here, they were involved in the administration and implementation of projects for financial management, utilizing technologies such as J2EE, ASP.NET, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

Javier also has experience working as a Software Developer at BCTS Consulting in 2009 and as a Software Developer at CONSORCIO CAROLINA from 2007 to 2009. In these roles, they were responsible for the analysis, design, and development of web-based systems utilizing technologies like J2EE, JSF, ADF BC, JasperReport, JavaScript, HTML, C#, and ASP.
