Karen Pehle

Karen Pehle has over 30 years of work experience, starting in 1987 as a data entry clerk at SuperAmerica. Karen progressed to become an IT Systems Manager and was selected to be part of a national team responsible for evaluating store operations and making recommendations for improvement. After the completion of this project, they were promoted to oversee strategy implementation. From 1999 to 2010, Karen worked at Twin Cities Stores, Inc, where they were hired as Director of Information Technology and later promoted to manage information systems and create performance analysis reports. In 2011, they joined Roundtree Capital Corporation as a Management Analyst, overseeing administrative functions and providing financial analysis for a convenience store chain. Since 2012, Karen has been working at Curvature, where they have held several roles, including Cost and Data Management Analyst, Supply Chain Manager, Director of Sales Operations, and currently serves as the Senior Director of Supply Chain.

Karen Pehle earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems, General from Cardinal Stritch University from 1999 to 2002.
