Motivated by an inclination toward service-learning, Erika infuses natural curiosity and compassion as she guides product experience for Curve. Prior to driving UX efforts, Erika implemented telehealth services within dozens of skilled nursing facilities; expediting the process for dozens more at the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. A member of the founding team at Call9, she grew the Service Operations team 10 fold, providing alternate pathways for fellow paramedics and EMTs to deliver care to 1000’s of patients.
