Heidi Whetung

Heidi Whetung has extensive experience in administrative and operational roles, currently serving as the Executive Assistant and previously as a Receptionist at Curve Lake First Nation since June 2015. Between May 2018 and November 2021, Heidi worked as an Indigenous Mentor and coordinator at Nogojiwanan Friendship Centre. Additionally, from March 2015 to December 2018, Heidi held the position of Lead Hand DZ Driver/Operator at Expercom. Prior to these roles, Heidi was the Court Administrator for Anishinabek Police Service from May 1995 to October 2012. Heidi holds certificates in Construction/Heavy Equipment/Earthmoving Equipment Operation from Transport Training Centre of Canada and a high school diploma from Lakefield District Secondary School.
