Paddy Sloane

Paddy Sloane is a seasoned digital content professional with extensive experience in the sports industry. As Co-Founder of Curveball Digital since January 2020, Sloane focuses on helping sports brands and federations engage new audiences through premium digital content and strategic channel management. Prior to this, Sloane served as Head of Boxing Content, Digital and Promotion at BT Sport from July 2015 to January 2020, where significant achievements included leading a team that generated 800 million video views in the first year and launching the most-watched boxing channel on YouTube. Sloane's previous roles also include Digital Video Lead and Digital Producer at BT Sport, Sport Industry NextGen Leader in 2019, and Digital Production Lead at CONTENTed. Sloane began a career in digital media as an Assistant Producer at DAZN and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of York.
