Paul also serves as the Chief Financial Officer for Pass the Keys, Curvy Kate, De Rosee Sa, Our Social Collective Holdings, ADVANI LONDON Ltd., and Chesneys, where they have held board-level positions and demonstrated expertise in managing finance and operations.

Before these roles, Paul served as the Senior Finance Director - Europe for Coach, a division of Coach Inc, where they built and managed a finance team following a buy-out of a joint venture. Additionally, they worked as a Manager in Group Accounting and managed long-term financial planning for The De Beers Group of Companies. Paul was also responsible for leading international projects and served as a finance business partner, where they used their financial and management accounting skills to drive cost savings, analyze marketing investments, and restructure the company.

Prior to their roles in Coach and De Beers, Paul worked as a Finance Controller for Coconut Street, where they set up financial systems and presented financial forecasts to potential investors.
