Kofi Adu has extensive experience in the infrastructure recruitment sector, currently serving as Associate Director at Curzon since February 2020 and at Curzon Futures since April 2024, where the focus is on recruiting junior talent for infrastructure teams. Kofi Adu previously held roles as a Senior Researcher and Researcher at Curzon and worked as a Researcher/Consultant at ONE SEARCH from 2018 to 2019. Kofi Adu's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Economics and Politics from Aston Business School, earned between 2014 and 2018, and attendance at Forest School from 2006 to 2013.
