Paul Marlowe is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in the infrastructure and energy sectors. As a Partner at Curzon since May 2017, Paul has contributed to the firm’s reputation for connecting clients with top-tier talent, supporting nearly thirty years of successful talent acquisition. In April 2024, Paul took on the role of Director at Curzon Futures, which focuses on identifying exceptional junior talent in competitive analyst and associate markets. Prior to these roles, Paul held leadership positions at Spencer-Ogden as Head of Practice for Infrastructure & Energy, served as Team Lead at Martin Ward Anderson, and began the career as a Consultant at Michael Page.
