Millions of people report life-defining experiences that science cannot explain. 
If these experiences can be better understood, we believe moments of meaning, deep awe, empathy and connection can be made available to everyone. 

Current physics and neuroscience has no explanation for these anomalous experiences; such events are undervalued or dismissed. CUSAC focuses on scientific research in quantum consciousness, which we believe will result in explanations for these remarkable phenomena.

CUSAC supports original experiments that explore how consciousness interacts with the physical world.  We partner with independent scientists, academic collaborators, research institutions, and video game designers to design and carry out these studies.

The Center for the Unification of Science and Consciousness (CUSAC) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit research institute founded in 2018 by physicist Thomas W. Campbell Jr., a former NASA and Department of Defense scientist, author, and systems analyst. CUSAC was established to advance credible scientific investigation into the nature of consciousness and its relationship to physical reality.

CUSAC invites donors, institutional partners, and philanthropic leaders to support work that expands the frontiers of scientific understanding. Financial contributions catalyze this new era of consciousness research.
