David Higgins is a seasoned real estate professional with over 24 years of experience in the industry. As the Founder and Realtor® at Cush Real Estate since June 2019, David has assembled a team dedicated to providing comprehensive services for residential real estate clients. Previously, David achieved Platinum Circle Realtor status at The Grubb Co., where a track record of over 500 closed transactions was established. David's expertise also includes a role as Team Leader at Keller Williams, specializing in internet and multi-media marketing, as well as luxury home consultation. David began the real estate career as a consultant at RE/MAX East Bay Hills and holds a degree from Western Washington University.
