Aaron Watt

Aaron Watt is an Executive Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield, where Aaron has been since October 2008, bringing over six years of prior experience in industrial real estate brokerage. Specializing in landlord and tenant representation, as well as the acquisition and disposition of manufacturing and distribution properties, Aaron is recognized as one of the top 20 industrial brokers in the Portland Metro area by CoStar for exceptional market knowledge and leasing activity. Previous experience includes serving as an Associate Broker at Norris & Stevens, Inc. from 2002 to 2008. Aaron holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Oregon.
