Christopher Thomson, SIOR, is currently the Vice Chair at Cushman & Wakefield, where they have been a key member of the South Florida Industrial team since 2001, providing expertise in industrial and land real estate. Their commercial real estate journey began in 1999 as an Associate in Retail Brokerage at the same company, focusing on leasing for shopping centers. Christopher also serves as the Vice President of the SIOR Florida Chapter and held the position of Chapter President for NAIOP South Florida in 2022. They attained a Master of Real Estate from Georgetown University in 2023 and hold a dual Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate and Finance from Florida State University, earned in 1999.
