Dave Karson

Dave Karson is a seasoned professional in real estate investment banking with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Executive Vice Chairman at Cushman & Wakefield since July 2007, Karson leads the Capital Markets Group and the Pacific Northwest region. Previously, Karson held various titles including Managing Director and Vice Chairman within the same group at Cushman & Wakefield. Prior to this, Karson gained valuable experience as Managing Director at Sonnenblick Goldman and held positions at Sonnenblick-Goldman and Meridian Equities, focusing on corporate restructuring and structured finance. Karson earned a degree from the University at Albany between 1989 and 1994.
