Eric Bertsche

Eric Bertsche is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training and development. Currently serving as a Technology Solutions Analyst and Salesforce Trainer at Cushman & Wakefield since July 2019, Eric focuses on the creation and execution of Salesforce trainings for the Americas. As an Independent Contractor with The Speaker's Choice since January 2019, Eric provides coaching and consulting on spoken communication and confidence-building. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at State Farm Insurance, where Eric excelled as a Learning and Development Analyst, specializing in virtual training, and as a Claims Representative, handling various aspects of claims. Eric holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Illinois State University, earned between 1991 and 1994.
