Sr. Facilities Chief Engineer at Cushman & Wakefield

Jeff Schneider serves as the Sr. Facilities Chief Engineer at Cushman & Wakefield since May 2018, overseeing a team of five at a class A campus that includes a critical data center and managing special projects from inception to completion. In addition, Jeff has been the Chief Engineer at Able Services since May 2015, responsible for all engineering functions at a BOMA 360 designated building with LEED Silver status and an Energy Star certification. Previous roles include Chief Engineer at ABM Industries, where management of engineering operations totaled 375,000 square feet, and Chief Engineer at the Segerstrom Center for the Arts, overseeing engineering, housekeeping, and landscaping departments across 500,000 square feet. Early career experience includes building engineering roles at The Koll Company and Marriott Hotels, focusing on central plant operations and maintenance.
