John McMann

John McMann is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in asset valuation across various industries. Currently serving as Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield since July 2017, John conducts valuations of tangible assets for financial reporting, tax, lending, and litigation purposes. Prior to this role, John was a Senior Manager at KPMG LLP from January 2007 to June 2017, where responsibilities included valuations, consulting engagements, and audit assist reviews, along with participation in the Valuation Services Technical Committee. John's career began as a Valuation Consultant at American Appraisal Associates from January 2001 to December 2006. John holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Emory University and a Master of Science in Real Estate from Georgia State University's J. Mack Robinson College of Business.
