Michael Kaukonen

Michael Kaukonen, AACI, P.App., is an Executive Vice President at Cushman & Wakefield since April 2012, where expertise lies in real estate valuation and consulting services, particularly in land developments and large-scale expropriation projects. Prior to this role, Michael was a Senior Valuation Consultant at Metrix Realty Group from July 2008 to March 2012, focusing on large development land transactions, including expropriation and various development projects. Earlier experience includes serving as Sales Manager for Western Canada at Nestle Waters from January 2007 to March 2008. Michael holds a Post Graduate Degree in Real Estate Valuation from The University of British Columbia (2010-2014) and a Commerce degree in Management Economics - Industry and Finance from the University of Guelph (2000-2005).
