Paul Steinle

Paul Steinle, MBA, has extensive experience in transaction management and leasing, currently serving as Senior Transaction Manager at Cushman & Wakefield since October 2021. In this role, Paul manages transaction initiations, acts as a liaison between clients and the firm, and provides training on the Multi Financial Advisor program. Previously, Paul held various positions within Cushman & Wakefield, including Transaction Manager - Team Leader Leasing and Transaction Manager - Leasing, focusing on the Edward Jones account. Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Paul was the Director of Leasing at Subway Development Corp. of Eastern Missouri, where over 300 new and relocating stores were leased and negotiations with landlords during the COVID-19 pandemic were successfully conducted. Paul's education includes a Bachelor of Science in BioChemical Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis.
