Oliver Hardwidge

Oliver Hardwidge is an experienced professional in implementation management, currently serving as the Head of Implementations at NatWest Cushon since January 2022. Prior to this role, Oliver held various positions at Aviva from March 2015 to January 2022, including Senior Implementation Team Leader and Business Implementation Manager. Oliver's career also includes a role as a Business Implementation Consultant at Friends Life UK from March 2013 to March 2015. Oliver holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Economics from the University of Exeter, completed in 2012.
