Silvia Castro Navarro has extensive experience in the retail and human resources sectors, currently serving as a Merchandising Purchaser at Custo Barcelona since November 2006, where responsibilities include planning purchases for the Retail Department and sourcing new national and international suppliers. Prior to this role, Silvia worked at Grup LD from October 2003 to November 2006 as an Administrativa RRHH, providing support to the Human Resources Department through managing social security registrations, handling temporary incapacity cases, and overseeing online recruitment communications.
