Aino Pietiläinen

Aino Pietiläinen has worked in a variety of roles in the Human Resources field since 2013. Her work experience began in 2013 as a Learning and Development Specialist, Learning and Development Assistant, and HR Trainee for the City of Espoo Human Resource Services. In 2016, they were a Project Administrator for JP Flynn. In 2017, they were an Assistant Advisor for the Ministry of Education of New Zealand and a Recruitment Administrator for Inland Revenue NZ. From 2019 to 2020, they were an HR Consultant for TEMP-TEAM Finland and an Inhouse HR Manager for SprintIT. Most recently, they have been an HR Manager for Custobar, the market leader in Finland in the customer data segment.

Aino Pietiläinen obtained a Bachelor's degree in 2007-2010 from the Turku School of Economics at the University of Turku in the field of Management and Organisation. In 2010, they also studied International Marketing at California State University - East Bay. From 2011-2012, they studied Business Administration and Management, General at Uppsala University. Finally, they obtained a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration from the Turku School of Economics at the University of Turku in 2010-2014.
