Ray Hampson

Ray Hampson has extensive work experience spanning over three decades. Their most recent role is as the Vice President Service Providers - North America at Custodia Technology, which they started in May 2022. In this position, they are responsible for ensuring financial compliance in a rapidly evolving landscape by capturing, analyzing, and archiving voice and data communications.

Prior to their current role, Ray worked at BT, a global business communications provider. From December 2017 to May 2022, they served as the Global Account Director - Americas, where they managed relationships with multinational companies by offering networking, cloud-based collaboration, hybrid cloud services, and security solutions. From December 2015 to December 2017, they worked as the Global Account Manager - Radianz, focusing on providing mission-critical data access to financial service organizations.

Before BT, Ray worked at Lightpath as a Major Account Executive from March 2015 to November 2015. In this role, they were responsible for new business sales and account management, specializing in Ethernet-based data, hosted voice, internet, video transport solutions, and managed services.

In 2013 and 2015, Ray worked at Truphone as a Major Account Manager. Ray handled global business continuity solutions and managed relationships with multinational clients, particularly focusing on connectivity and mobile recording.

From 2011 to 2013, Ray held various roles at LexisNexis, including Law Firm Marketing Specialist, Internet Advertising Consultant, Search Engine Marketing Consultant. Ray worked closely with attorneys and law offices to develop strong internet advertising campaigns, optimize search engine results, and maximize online presence.

Earlier in their career, Ray gained experience in the mortgage industry. Ray worked at Superior Mortgage Corp. as a Sales Manager from April 2004 to February 2011, where they led a team of loan officers, guided mortgage applicants through the loan application process, and achieved sales goals. From 1997 to 2000, they worked at Champion Mortgage as a Senior Loan Officer, sourcing and guiding mortgage applicants through the loan application process.

Ray's career started at Chase Manhattan Corporation, where they worked as an Underwriter from February 1995 to March 1996. Ray also worked as an Underwriter at CMC/Key Bank Inc from January 1992 to January 1995.

Throughout their career, Ray has demonstrated a strong track record of leadership, relationship management, and achieving sales goals in various industries, including finance, telecommunications, and technology.

Ray Hampson attended Seton Hall University from 1988 to 1992, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a focus on Marketing and Political Science.
