Ben Posson

Ben Posson, PMP, is an experienced Estimator and Project Manager specializing in commercial and industrial HVAC contracting. Currently employed at Custom Air Products & Services, Inc. since January 2012, Ben oversees projects ranging from $1K to $5MM, leading teams and managing multiple projects at once. Previous roles include Estimator/Project Manager at Standard Mechanical Systems and Assistant Project Manager at Structure Tone Southwest, where Ben honed skills in cost estimation, project sales, contract negotiation, procurement, and project coordination. With a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science from Texas A&M University, Ben is TWIC approved, has completed HASC & ISTC safety training, and has participated in multiple site-specific safety training courses.
