Reid Bloomfield

Reid Bloomfield has a diverse range of work experience spanning over two decades. Reid began their career as a Business Co-Owner at River Valley Computers in 1999. Reid then ventured into teaching English as a second language to Brazilians, managing their own business called Matrix Express from 2004 to 2005. In 2007, they worked as an Office Assistant at Advanced Real Estate Services, where they handled finances, marketing, and bookkeeping tasks. Reid'srole also involved visiting numerous homes and assisting in typing residential appraisals.

From 2008 to 2010, Reid worked as a Production Technician at United Solar Ovonic, where they gained expertise in vacuum technology, chemical vapor deposition, and Lean Manufacturing practices. In 2010, they joined Preferred Quality Services as a Production Manager, responsible for meeting production and quality needs. Reid later transitioned to the role of Operations Manager, where they established production and quality processes, implemented Lean Manufacturing principles, and performed data analysis for strategic decision-making.

In 2018, Reid moved to Performance Stamping Co. as the Director of Operations. In this role, they oversaw all phases of plant operations, including production, maintenance, tool room, shipping, and receiving. Reid closely collaborated with engineering, quality, and sales teams to ensure a clear understanding of business requirements.

Most recently, Reid joined Custom Aluminum Products, Inc. in 2020 as the Vice President of Operations. With their extensive experience, they are responsible for driving efficient and effective operations within the organization.

Reid Bloomfield, LSSBB, has a strong educational background. In 2010, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in International Business from Davenport University, where they studied from 2006 to 2010. Later, from 2011 to 2013, Reid pursued further academic achievements and completed an Executive MBA degree in Leadership, also at Davenport University.

In addition to their formal education, Reid Bloomfield has obtained a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (ICBB) certification from the Six Sigma Global Institute in March 2020.
