Brandon Russell has extensive experience in the technology and consulting industry. Brandon started their career at Integrated Partnerships in 1998 as a Senior Engineer, where they worked until 2000. From 2000 to 2003, they served as the Team Lead / IT Manager at Directfit. Brandon then joined Prosum Technology Consulting as a Senior Manager from 2003 to 2005. In 2006, they became the Director of IT at inhouseIT until 2008. Since then, they have been with Custom Benefit Consultants, Inc. (CBC) as the Executive Vice President of Operations and Technology. In addition to their professional experience, Brandon Russell also served as a member of the Board of Directors at George Washington Academy from 2014 to 2016.

Brandon Russell received their MBA in Organizational Leadership from Vanguard University of Southern California, where they studied from 2002 to 2004. Prior to that, they obtained a BA in Communications from Southern California College between 1992 and 1996. In addition to their degrees, Brandon also holds a certification as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) from the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians, which they obtained in March 2021.
