Over the years, Les has held various sales and management roles, including positions at American Olean, Emser Tile, and Arizona Tile, focusing on residential and commercial contractor sales, showroom sales, and customer service. Since December 2017, Les has been serving as a Territory Manager at Custom Building Products and also works as a Sales and Marketing Specialist while seeking new sales opportunities.
