Don Magbitang

Don Magbitang is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in recruitment and team leadership. Currently serving as a Technical Recruiter at Custom Business Solutions, Inc. since 2016, Don previously held the position of Associate Recruiter at the same company from 2014 to 2015. Prior to that, Don worked at BRAVO BRIO Restaurant Group for five years in various roles, including Team Leader, Bartender, and Server, where responsibilities included managing shifts and training new hires. Earlier experience includes serving as Lead Counselor and Head Dialogue Facilitator at the Michigan Roundtable for Diversity and Inclusion, focusing on diversity education for high school students.
