Rick Baker

Rick Baker has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Rick is currently the Vice President of Operations at Custom Business Solutions, where they provide expert-level oversight and operational excellence. Prior to this, they worked as the Strategic Operations role at the same company, where they contributed to process improvement initiatives.

Rick also has experience in owning and managing businesses. Rick was the owner of Batwing Mowing, a landscaping company, and Fork & Knife Hospitality, a hospitality business.

Rick Baker attended Texas Tech University from 2003 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Restaurant, Hotel, Institutional Management. Prior to that, from 2002 to 2003, they studied Parks and Recreation Management at Western Colorado University. In 2001, Rick attended Tyler Junior College, but the specific degree program and field of study are not provided.
