Prior to this role, Willett spent nearly eleven years at BRANDRACKET LLC, achieving success as Senior Director of Licensing and Director of Label Relations and Content Acquisition, focusing on strategic music marketing for global brands like Patagonia and Netflix. Throughout a diverse career, Willett has demonstrated expertise in music curation, data analytics, copyright law, and the negotiation of performance contracts, while also engaging in public speaking at industry events. Willett is a founding member of Music for Robots and holds a BA in English with a concentration in creative writing from Bates College.
