Mike Zelski has extensive experience in product development and research & development within the food industry. Currently serving as Product Development Manager at Custom Culinary, Mike Zelski has been with the company since 2006, progressing from R&D Manager to R&D Group Manager. Prior to this, Mike Zelski spent over 14 years at Unilever Foodsolutions as Manager of Industrial Food Base Development, where responsibilities included managing the food base department and developing line extensions for various branded and industrial food bases. Mike Zelski holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business with a focus on Food Science from Michigan State University, earned between 1964 and 1967.
