Rebecca Teiwes is an experienced regulatory specialist with a solid background in food and flavor industry compliance. Currently serving as a Senior Regulatory Specialist at Custom Culinary since May 2023, Rebecca previously held significant regulatory roles at Silesia Flavors Inc., Imbibe, Synergy Flavors, Georgia Nut Company, and Hillshire Brands. During these positions, Rebecca contributed to ensuring compliance with FDA, USDA, and customer-specific guidelines, managed regulatory inquiries, and led initiatives such as the Kosher Certification Program and Organic Certification Program. Additionally, Rebecca brings extensive experience in developing training materials, standard operating procedures, and has a notable history as a professional trombone player and music educator. Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Music Education from Indiana University Bloomington and has complementary quality assurance training from SigmaSoft Inc.
