Grace C. is an experienced Quality Assurance Manager currently working at Custom Flavors since October 2021. Prior to this role, Grace held the same position at 180 Snacks from August 2018 to July 2021, where responsibilities included serving as the SQF Practitioner and overseeing the implementation of food safety and quality control plans, achieving an excellent score in the SQF 9 Audit of 2021. From 2015 to 2018, Grace worked as a Quality Control Documentation Specialist at Sunlee Inc., managing import-export documentation and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards such as FDA and USDA through HACCP and GMP programs. Grace holds two Bachelor's degrees in Food Science and Technology from Silpakorn University and has furthered education at Santa Monica College.
